Jobbio’s role as a processor it to provide our customers with tools that allow them to stay GDPR compliant during and after the recruitment process. Our flexible approach gives you the ability to choose the settings needed to match your internal GDPR processes.
Jobbio can retain candidate information for up to 6 years but your data retention policy may differ.
We have split our GDPR settings into three areas.
- Application settings
- Talent pool settings
- Followers settings
Application settings:
Application settings allow you to auto shortlist, pass or remove talent after a set period of time or inactivity. You can edit the settings to match your internal data retention policy meaning you do not retain candidate info for longer than is required.
Talent pool settings:
Your talent pool is full of candidates you have selected that might be suitable for a position within your company. You can auto purge your talent pool to make sure you are not retaining candidate information for longer than is required.
Follower settings:
Followers are those who have decided to follow your company for updates. Their profiles are visible in the company dashboard. You can auto purge your followers to make sure you are not retaining candidate information for longer than is required.
