We give you the tools you need to manage talent through the entire application process, for both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
All talent which have started or completed an application through Jobbio will sit in your dashboard.
If you want to progress a candidate onto the next stage, shortlist them by clicking Shortlist. This will add them to the shortlisted section where you can review your most relevant candidates.
By shortlisting someone they are automatically added to your Talent Pool.
If you shortlist talent by accident you are unable to then pass them from shortlisted.
Remember if you have your autoreplies set up, candidates will receive an auto-reply to be told they have been shortlisted.
If an applicant isn’t suitable for the role, pass them by clicking Pass.
Don’t worry, if you pass an applicant accidentally you are able to move them back to new talent and then move them to shortlisted.

Managing shortlisted talent
To make it easier to manage your shortlisted talent, you can set up stages to track the progress of each shortlisted applicant .i.e. Phone screen, interview 1, etc.

Anyone who applies for a role within your company automatically becomes a ‘Follower’ of your channel. This means even if they’re not suitable for a particular role but might be a great fit for a future one, you can still access them via your followers list.
