Moving Talent along the application process is simple. From your Dashboard, go to “Talent & Applications”, then click “Live Jobs (Applications)” and select the relevant role. From here you will have the option to view talent under “New”, “Shortlisted” or “Passed” applications.
After clicking on a new candidate to review their Bio, you'll have 3 ways to process their application.
If you like what you see, you can click “Shortlist” to put them straight in your Talent Pool.
Pass but add to Talent Pool
This is how you pipeline great Talent whose profile doesn't fit your current role, but whom you would like to stay connected with for future opportunities.
This is how you reject Talent who you consider to be unsuitable for your company, both for this role and for all future opportunities. Changed your mind about someone? You can always undo a pass.
Managing shortlisted Talent
Jobbio enables you to easily and efficiently organise your Talent Pool. You can add notes and tags to help you categorise and keep track of Talent, and use the search bar or filter by tags and jobs to find specific Talent quickly.
While you’re on a candidate’s Bio, the option to download their Bio as a PDF, view their application history with your company, or send them a message is just two clicks away.
Responding to your Talent
Auto Replies allow you to respond to every candidate easily. Make sure to tailor your Auto Replies to match your company’s tone and give candidates a more personalised experience.
