If Jobbio is saying that your email has already been taken - no need to panic, your identity hasn’t been stolen - all it means is that you are already signed up to the platform.

Retrieving your password couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is go to Jobbio's login page and click the “Forgot password?” link. We’ll send you an email with a temporary password to log back into your account, where you can set a new password.

Some useful tips when picking your next password:

• Use both upper and lower-case letters
• Use a mix of numbers and symbols
• Remember it
