The web widget is a smart feature which allows you to search for content or ask a question without leaving the platform or even the page of our website that you're on.
The web widget supports you in two primary ways.
1) You can ask a question and we will populate the widget with related content to help you out. You can read any relevant articles within the widget, visit the hub for more information or send us a message if you can't find the answer you're looking for.
2) The web widget can also suggest specific content relating to the page you're currently on.
For example, imagine you are on the auto-replies tab of your dashboard. If you click on support the web-widget will have auto-populated with articles relevant to auto-replies.
