Jobbio enables you to easily and efficiently organise your Talent Pool and Followers. You can add notes and tags to help you categorise and keep track of Talent. Use the search bar or filter by tags and jobs to find specific Talent quickly. You’ll never miss a beat!
While you’re on a candidate’s Bio, the option to download their Bio as a PDF, view their application history with your Company, or send them a message is just two clicks away.
Moving Talent along the application process is simple. Filter by live jobs and click on a specific role to view applicants. From there, you can shortlist or pass (either for this specific role or completely). You can also sort applicants depending on what stage they are at, for example ‘declined’ or ‘shortlisted’. Changed your mind about someone? You can undo a pass!
Your Talent are ‘Live’
On Jobbio, you will never have to worry about outdated CVs again. Talent Bios are live! So, if candidates make any changes you will always have their most up-to-date information.
Did a candidate catch your eye, even if they don’t have enough experience yet? Revisit their Bio in a year to review their career journey.
